Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of overall and three specific experience in the supply of goods and related services. b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 54(fifty four) Lac only for under single contract in the last 05 (five) Years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. The minimum specific experience as supplier in the supply of similar goods of at least 1 contracts successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least BDT 54(fifty four) Lac. c) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN, valid Trade License, Bank Solvency certificate, VAT registration Certificate. d) Certificate of Liquid Asset/ working capital/ credit facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 54(fifty four) Lac only within one month of selling Tender Document and dropping date. e) Manufacturer Authorization Letter required where necessary. f) Detailed as mentioned in Sec. 2 in the Tender Document.
