Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods and related services shall be: At least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 23,00,000.00 (Twenty three lakh) only at any govt institute/Govt Polytechnic Institute. Similar Experience Certificate from Private Institution are not acceptable. (c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 23,00,000.00 (Twenty three lakh) only. (d) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number. (e) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other part of the Tender Document. (f) The Bidders must be Fill up the Country of Origin, Make & Brand or Model, Full Detailed Technical Specifications correctly and specifically, not to specify like “as per schedule”, otherwise the tender will be considered as technically Non-Responsive for the dilemmas.
