Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 142 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 125 lakh over the last 5 years.Use standard format average annual construction turnover. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 114lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit. 5. Tender Capacity Tk 145 Lakh. Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
