For foreign manufacturer, supplier shall bear the cost of tests along with the round air tickets, hotel accommodations, per diem allowances, internal transportations and out of pocket expenses @ US$ 100.00 per person per day for 5 days (including travel time) for two (02) Nos NESCO Engineers. All the cost of this purpose shall be deemed is included in the offered price. No goods shall be manufactured for pre-shipment inspection & delivery unless it has been approved and written instruction have been received by the Purchaser.
