Eligibility of Tenderer :	Any e-Gp registered tenderer fulfill the criteria mentioned in the TDS. If the quoted price is in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percentage above or below the official cost estimated of the works then the tender will be rejected. Key Qualifications: 1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 26.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.39.00 Lac over the last 05 years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30.00 lac. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website). 4.Experience as a Subcontractor or Management contractor will not be considered eligible for this Tender. 5.Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation. 6.If any false certificate has been found in the scrutiny of the tender document, tender secuirity will be forfeited.
