The Tenderer shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history 10. Satisfactory completion of similar kind of work of at least BDT 7.5 Lac under 5 or less of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, State Owned Company/Utilities/Corporation/Private Reputed Company or organization or charitable organization. 11. Bidder must be authorised GIS Manufacturer. 12. A Programme (Work Schedule) must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract
