Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works ( Pre-stressed Concrete Bridge Work) of at least Tk 1700.00 lakh under 01 contract completed satisfactory ( Bridge Work) over a period of last five years shall be required (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2000.00 lakh last five years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 425.00 lakh only. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 1900.00 Lac 6. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments ( A Sample Format attached and upload in Particular Specifications). 7. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected
