The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven lac) over the last 3 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.2,00,000.00 (Two lac). Documentary evidence for liquid assets issued any scheduled Bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for tender submission. Bank Statement is not applicable. 5. The minimum specific experience in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.2,00,000.00 (Two lac). under at least one is Repairing & Renovation works over a period of last 3 years shall be required.
