Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years. 2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.11.00 Lac (Reaper work only) in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). 3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).(Each ID requires 10x5=50.00Lac turnovers) (Only Ripper's work will be considered. No other certificates will be accepted.) 4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 13.50 lac. Incase of Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work ie single Tender ID. 5. Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2022-23(Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted), VAT Registration Certificate (up to date) & Valid Trade License (up to date) 6. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS. 7. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018. His previous work does not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time. Otherwise tender will be considered as non-responsive.
