Amendment at section 4 (PCC):

GCC Clause  32.1 (2. The inspections and tests)  shall be replaced by

Witnessing of the manufacturing process and tests of the offered equipment at manufacturer’s works including transfer of technical know-how. Pre-delivery inspection will be held at manufacturers premises by NESCO engineers. Such witness/inspection shall not relieve the supplier from any obligation to supply the goods in accordance with contract document. For foreign manufacturer, supplier shall bear the cost of tests along with the round air tickets, hotel accommodations, foods, per diem allowances, internal transportations and out of pocket expenses @ US$ 100.00 per person per day for 5 days (including travel time) for two (02) Nos NESCO Engineers for the witnessing of manufacturing process and tests of concerned conductors at manufacturer’s works.
