(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction work as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be Five (05) years. (c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least One (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, Value of each contract is at least Tk. 62,00,000.00 ( Sixty Two lakh Only) (d). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 37,50,000.00 ( Thirty Seven lakh Fifty Thousand Only) over the last 05 (five) years (e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 31,00,000.00 (Thirty One lakh Only). Also fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the tender documents(s) and As per PPA-2006 & PPR- 2008.
