** Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
** The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3,50,000.00 (Three Lac Fifty Thousand).
** The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5,50,000.00 (Five Lac Fifty Thousand) over the last 05 years.
** The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,30,000.00 (One Lac Thirty Thousand). (not before than date of publication of IFT in the eGP website/newspaper )
** The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: :3,80,000.00 (Three Lac Eighty Thousand)
Note:
1. Experience Certificate shall be submitted in a prescribed format (attached in General Specifications).
2. Without containing PE's name, W.O. amount, completed amount, completion date, official ref. no.,e-mail, the Experience Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process.
3. The requirement of experience shall not be separately applicable for each individual lot/package.
4. For Liquid Asset, Bank statement within publishing date to closing date of tender and for credit facility as per PW3-7 should be submitted, otherwise Tender will be treated as Non-Responsive.
5. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the eGP website/newspaper
