1) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall supply experience in the construction  of dist. lines and related services
2) Contractors having experience in construction of 33 kV distribution lines in a single contract successfully worth value of at least Tk. 40 (forty) Lakhs during the period of last 05 (Five) years.

3) The intending Tenderer must have valid up dated Trade Licence (2016-2017), VAT & Income tax clearance certificate (2015-2016).Valid ABC Electrical licence & ABC supervisory license etc.
4) Minimum average annual constructional turn over should be 1.50 (One point five) crore for this packages over the period of last five years. Completed work certificate from Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any works certificate from Pvt. Sector will not be acceptable. In support of annual turn over, experience, liquid assets, attested copies of work completion certificate, work order and schedule of works and bank solvency certificate with bank statement. Work completion certificate must be issued by the Executive Engineer or Equivalent.
5)The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount BDT 50.00 (fifty) lakhs (bank statement with steady balance for 10(ten) days prior to date of submission of tender) or credit facility(existing with available fund supported by bank statement) or unconditional credit line from any schedule bank of Bangladesh for each package.
(6) Any joint Venture or conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive.
