The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

(a). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer to manufacture wooden and steel furniture works shall be minimum 5 years.

(b). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature of works, (Wooden & Steel furniture) i.e. any Wooden & Steel furniture manufacture successfully completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk 55.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The above experience/ work completion certificate shall have to be submitted as follows:
i In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done

(c). The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 55 Lac BDT only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission with the standard format of CPTU (PW2a-3)
i. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted.
ii. In case of Credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer's Bank is advised to use the prescribed form in the Standard Tender Document which must include Procuring Entity name and tender Name and ID
(d). Up-to-date Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate from the NBR with TIN & e-BIN Certificate.
(e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 55 Lac in the last (5) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(f) Tenderer must have their own/hired Manufacturing Plant with Seasoning-Treatment Plant and Lacquer Plant. Related documents submitted with the tender or the certification is attached along the tender. No need to attend this tender if the machineries are not available.
i. NOC for establishment workshop for furniture from required Government authority.
ii.Fire License for establishment of Furniture Workshop (if any)
iii.e-Certification of Dept of Environment for manufacturing Furniture (if any)
iv.Documents for Furniture Insurance from required authority (if any)
v.ISO 9001:2015/14001:2015 Must be Submitted by the Tenderer
vi.FSC Certification for manufacturing Furniture (if any)
(g) Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC) is mandatory

(h) Tenderer shall submit an assurance certificate declaring explicitly to perform the job within time duly.

(i). Members for Bangladesh Furniture Industries Owners Association (if any)

(j) Rule 27(2) of PPR/2008 will be applied in case of front loading

(k) Tenderer shall submit an assurance certificate declaring manufacture/ supply of qualified products. Otherwise the products to be rejected and all rejected products replacing with new demanded products by the required authority.

l) Minimum supply/ production capacity (in any govt. organization/semi govt/ autonomous body/ Private Organization) of minimum 10 sets of furniture (wooden/ steel) supply/ manufacture by 5 Years, in a minimum amount of 275 lac, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. (Certificate of the minimum supply capacity shall be on the basis of Acceptance Certificate and Certificate of the minimum production capacity from manufacturer is allowable only.)

m) Confirmation Certificate of Warranty Period for at least One (1) year from the manufacturing company is mandatory
n) The bidder must be the sole agent/ distributor/ dealer/ manufacturer to manufacture and installation of furniture
o) List of furniture manufacturer equipments and skilled manpower to be attached along the tender.
p) Certification of the sample for the required products to be manufactured and approved by the expected agency, to be made by the bidder's own cost and no costs to be paid from PE.

q) The furnitures must be suuplied by the bidder will be exactly the same ( size, shape, color) as existing furnitures at the premises. The Expected Agency & PE will observe the capacity of the lowest bidder ( if required). The bidder must supply the furnitures within 10 (ten) days afer getting work order.

r) The bidder must have the capability to ensure manufacturing and supplying furnitures due to the mentioned time. Otherwise the legal actions will be taken against his license.

s)All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents, and PCC.

t) Furnitures is to be manufactured by Hatil/ Akhtar or equivalent brand. So that decision will be finalized by the Competent Authority
