Eligibility of Tenderer :	Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. a) General experience of not less than 05(five) Years. b) Successfully completion of Building works amounting of Taka at least 5 Crore (FIve Crore) in a single work order Complete certificate during the last 5(five) years. c) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 3.5 Crore (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission for perticuler work). d) The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than 7.00 Crore (four crore) in the last 03 (Three) years. e) The tenderer must also have Update Income Tax certificate (2015-2016) , current year Trade License (2016-2017) and VAT Registration certificate. f) Tenderer must have steel Shutter materials at least 2000 sqm. g) Must submitted updated ABC License. h) All others as stated in the tender documents.
