Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification: A satisfactory completion of similar work at least Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Four lac) only under single contract over a period of last 5 years. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 5,60,000.00 (Five lac sixty thousand) only over the last 5 years. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit commitment of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Four lac) only. (Credit commitment certificate must be submitted individually for the tender mentioned with tender notice no, ID No and Name of work as per CPTU prescribed form. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 4,00,000.00 (Four lac) only. Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected as per ITT Clause 43.3
