1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.700000.00(Seven lakh Only) under 01(one) of contract over a period of last 5(five) years shall be required.(not before FY:2011-12 )
2.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1400000.00(Fourteen Lakh Only) over the last 05(five) years.(not before FY:2011-12 ).
3.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e banking instrument or woking capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 400000.00(Four Lakh Only) only.Banking instruement, statement of Credit facilities and Credit line issued not earlier than 28(twenty eight) days prior to the day of the orginal deadline for submission of tenders for this Contract
4.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.700000.00(Seven lakh) only.
5..If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer.
6. In case of multiple number of contractual commitsments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individiual contracts/ contractual commitments.
7.The contractor have to submit the formate of Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects( Sample copy attached in Chapter-8: Particular Specification for different aspects Declaration.)& the contractor also have to submit the Tender Capacity formate ( sample copy attached in Chapter-8: particular Specifications)
8.According to PPA 2006 Act 7(3) (Amendment) The Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10%(ten percent) above or less than 10%(ten percent) less of the official estimated cost will be rejected and Tenderer having quoted Unconditional Discount.
