This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) Years general experience in Construction works. Having experience in Successfully completion of at least 1(one) Number of similar type Building construction/repair work amount of Tk. 2.00 (two point zero) Lakh. in a single Tender during last 3 (three) years. Certificate of authentication in respect of the work should have to be furnished by the Tender along with Tender documents in the following manner as applicable. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10.00 (ten point zero) Lakh. during the period best three (3) years in the last 05 (five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper. Work Certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) of Tk. 3.00 (three point zero) Lakh. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date by proper authority. The Minimum tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.30 (two point three zero) Lakh. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted. According to ITT clause no. 30.3,Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. The tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate (2022-23 tax year), Trade License (2022-2023), e- TIN certificate etc.
