1.All the tenderers must be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.
2.All the tenderers must fulfill the criterias as stated in the Tender Document. .
Special Instruction: The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification). Payment of work will be made on availability of budget & fund release. No extra claim/ interest for delaying in payment will be entertained. R/A bill will be entertained on the availability of budget and fund. But work progress will not be hampered for lack of fund release/ want of R/A Bill.
Flood fighting work will be done by contractor. If fail it may be a cause for contract termination. The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased. Prework & Postwork will be taken by Taskforce and BWDB’s concern engineer in charge. Final Payment will be made on the measurement taken by Taskforce. The selected contractor will handover total work site at a time. No scope to handover the site partly.
