1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 03(three) years. 2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor in Construction works/ Civil-sanitary repair works of at least 1 (one) number contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.80 Lac (One Point Eight Zero Lac) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. 3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years greater than Tk. 2.00 Lac (Two Lac). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 0.75 Lac (Zero Point Seven Five Lac) Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. 5. Tender capacity should be not less than Tk. 2.20 Lac (Two Point Two Zero Lac). 6. The tenderer must possess an up-to-date Trade License, VAT registration, and Tax certificate.
