TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 20 years.

The minimum specific experience in construction works of Having Experience in successful completion of at least 03 (Three) or at least 02 (Two) completed and 02 (Two) ongoing minimum 10 (Ten) Storied (Including basement), RCC Building construction work of minimum BDT 30.00 Cr. in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ NGO/ Banks/ Reputed Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years.

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.

The minimum specific experience in construction works of having experience in successful completion of at least 04 (Four) excluding basement or at least 02 (Two) completed and 02 (Two) ongoing including basement minimum 10 (Ten) storied, RCC Building construction work of minimum BDT 30.00 Cr. in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ NGO/ Banks/ Reputed Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years. MES contract will be preferable.
