Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years. 2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 100 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. (Experience Certificate should be submitted by Tenderer along with tender at per departmental prescribed formate or CPTU formate or any other almost similar formate which must contain all necessary information required for evaluation of Tender. Incomplete/ Running bill paid amount experience certificate shall not be taken into account at evaluation stage.) 3. The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) shall be greater than Tk 95 lakh over the last 5 years. (Turnover Certificate shall be construction Turnover and in the formate of payment certificate. Duplication will not be allowed.) 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 85 lakh. (Use CPTU standard format incase of line of credit.) 5. Tender Capacity Tk 110 Lakh. Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
