Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN certificate along with updated Tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience for the supply and installation of CCTV surveillance system.
c) Require number of similar nature of works completed shall be 2 (two) numbers over a period of last 3 (three) years (years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Each with a value of at least TK 7,00,000.00 (Taka Seven lac only) under single contract required.
d) The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user.
e) The required average annual supplying turn-over shall be greater than TK 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lac only) over the last 03 (three) years ( years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal).
f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 20,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Lac only).
