Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT: 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac Only) c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT: 25,00,000.00 (Twenty-Five Lac Only) over the last 5 (five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT: 4,10,000.00 (Four Lac Ten Thousand Only). e) The minimum capacity shall be BDT: 13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lac Only) f) If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive.
