**The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall  be 05 years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/eGP website)
**The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lac). (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/eGP website)
**The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lac) over the last 05 years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/eGP website)
**The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lac). (not before than the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/eGP website)
Note:
1. Experience Certificate shall be submitted in a prescribed format (attached in General Specifications).
2. Without containing PE's name, W.O. amount, completed amount, completion date, official ref. no.,e-mail, the Experience Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process.
3. If the tenderers want to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Average annual construction turnover & Liquid asset.
4. For Liquid Asset, Bank statement within publishing date to closing date of tender and for credit facility as per PW3-7 should be submitted, otherwise Tender will be treated as Non-Responsive.
