Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents;
a)The minimum number of years of general expeience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least a single contract in the field of Building Construction works successfully completed within the last 07(seven) years, with a contract value of at least Tk.1,00,00,00,000/= ( One Hundred Crores Only) in Government/Semi-government/ Corporation/ Autonomous Organization.
c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 120.00 Crore over the best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Crore
e)The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 100.00 Crore
f)The value of non-judicial stamp for execution of the Joint Venture agreement shall be Tk 300.00 Only
Attested copy of:
i) Up dated income tax clearance certificate.
ii) VAT registration certificate & BIN.
iii) Update trade license.
iv) Up-to date ABC category Contractor’s and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) Work program in bar chart.
g) Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document. All Documents must be enclosed with the tender and all certificates shall have to be duly attested by 1st class gazetted officer.
h) Please provide successfully completed e-GP tender ID.
i) Don’t Upload any unnecessary document.
