Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) As described in the Tender Documents. 2) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 165.00 Lakh. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 265.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 119.00 Lakh. 6)The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 190.00 Lakh
