(a) Tenderer registered in e-GP system.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three years) (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal).
(c)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of similar nature complexity and methods / construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 63,00,000.00 (Sixty Three Lac only). (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal) [ While earliar JV works experience is submitted as a specific experience by a firm and when JV works cannot be separated among the partners (i) A firms experience as a Lead partner will be considered 100% if the business share of the Lead Partner not less than 40% otherwise experience will be considered as business sharre (ii) A firm's experience as other Partner/Partners will be considered as business share but not more than 50%]
(d) The required average annual construction turnover i.e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 1,68,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Eight Lac only) over the last 05 years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal)
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 21,00,000.00 (Twenty One Lac only).
