A satisfactory completion of construction of boundary wall/building works of at least Tk 50,00,000.00 (fifty Lacs) only under one contract as a prime contractor over a period of Five years shall be required under any government, semi-government or autonomous institution. 2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk 40,00,000.00 (Forty Lacs) over the last five years. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty five Lacs). In case of Bank Statement, last six months bank account statement has to be submitted.
