Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 16.00 [Twenty one] Lakh under 1 Number of contract(s) over a period of Last 5 years shall be required. 2.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh (Date of Bank certificate/Bank statement will be after the period of tender published) 3.The required average annual Construction turnover shall be minimum Tk. 60.00 (Sixty ) Lakh over the period of last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. 4.The minimum Tender capacity shall be TK. 24.00 (Twenty Four) Lakh 5.Any paper or document that are wanted in this tender if not found in any stage the tender must be rejected. 6.Those Contractor are included of defalter list of HED,HQ,Dhaka are not allowed to Participate in this Tender process. 7.Those Contractor are not Completed The Repair&Maintenance Work FY:2022-2023(GOB Revenue & PFD OP) in this Division are not allowed to Participate in this Tender process.
