A. For Supplier: i) Satisfactory completion of similar supply of Material of at least BDT 50 (fifty) lakh under one single contract over a period of the last 5 (five) years. ii) Authorization Certificate of Distributor of the Manufacturer of HDPE Pipes must be attached.
B. For Both (Supplier & Manufacturer): i) The minimum number of years of the general experience for tenderer & for establishment of the factory for Manufacturer shall be 5 (five) years; ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 55 (Fifty-five) lakh; iii) The tenderer must have to submit one sample of each item no. of BOQ: 1 (i) a) one piece & 2 (i) a) one meter long, 2(ii) a) one piece to the office of the Superintending Engineer, Khulna WASA, Khulna before the closing of the Tender; iv) After completing the supply the quality control committee will collect the sample from the supplied materials and will sent to BUET/KUET laboratory for testing according to ISO standards mentioned in tender document. The test fee will initially be paid by the supplier. After getting the test result, if the test result is found accordingly to the tender specification then the fee will be reimbursed to the supplier from Khulna WASA Authority; the test fee need not include the BOQ rate; v) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate & NID certificate must be attached. VAT & IT will be deducted from the bill according to the present government rules; vi) The tenderer must supply all the pipes and fittings by following the drawings attached with the detailed tender documents.
Failure to submit any one document /sample mentioned above will cause Rejection or Non-Responsive for the Tender.
