1. Enlisted as first class contractor in Govt./Semi-govt/Govt. Autonomas organization.
2. The tenderer(s) should have minimum 3(Three) years period of general experiance in dredging or any construction works.
3. The Tender(s) should have its owned 2(Two) nos. minimum 18" dia cutter suction dredger(s) in good condition along with ancillary craft/vessels and required shore & floating pipes. Tenders also should be submitted their dredger particulers(registration, survey report etc.) and details of specifications during submission of tender documents.
4. In case of joint venture all the partners have ownership of minimum 1(One) nos. 18" dia cutter dia cutter suction dredger.
5. The tenderer should be submitted there list of works in hand and future works in committed (in case of false statement tenderer will be clearly disqualified).
6. The tenderer should be submitted name of engage dredger in working hand and future committed works with also proposed works of bidders.
7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.12.00 Crtore over the last 5(Five) years.
8. The minimum amount of liquid assests or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk.3.00 Crore.
9. The minimum specific experiance as a Prime contractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature or any construction or dredging works, complexity and methods/construction technology successfuly completed within the last 3(Three) years with a value of at least Tk.4.00 Crore.
