1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded.
(a)The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. In general experience certificate the tender period/ supply period must be mentioned from date to date.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 7,50,000/- under maximum 02(Two) contracts in the last 03(three) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 4,00,000/-. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deed along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.8,00,000/- issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system. [Form PG3-8];
(d) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(e) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(f) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(g) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(h) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(i) Sample 200 gm Unnatamaner Mashur Dal (Saru) must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
(j) All others terms and conditions a stated in TDS and PCC.
(k) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
