Eligibility of Tenderer :	As per described in TDS. -Evidence of Similar work shall be considered by work completion certificate only, not certificate of ongoing work or payment certificate. -Evidence of construction turnover shall be considered by yearly payment certificates only, not work completion certificates. -Evidence of liquid asset shall be considered by computer generated bank statement of current account, FDR or Letter of commitment authenticated by any scheduled bank in the PW2a-3 form only - The PE will reject the tender and can take necessary action against the tenderer according to PPA-2006 for any false information of his/her past performance of different aspect (last 5 years) in the section: 5 of tender document. -The Tender will be rejected due to not submit required updated information duly signed by the tenderer with date in the prescribed 2(two) forms in the section: 5 of tender document (Sample copy is attached in Chapter-8: Particular Specification of the Tender Document). -Tenderer information form (e-PW2-2) (part-02, 03 & 04) must be filled appropriately (to the point) by the Tenderer. Turnover will be informed year wise in part-03 of tenderer information form (e-PW2-2). Tender may be rejected for incomplete or wrong information in Tenderer Information form (e-PW2-2). Â
