iv) Bank solvency Certificate not older than 3(three) months of bid document selling;

v) VAT Registration Certificate;

vi) Minimum 02 (Two) copy of completion certificate from any government Organizations/Banks/ Financial Institutions on similar type of supply & related services;

vii) Details Company Profile including permanent and local address of the Bid signing authority;

viii) Distributorship/Agency/Dealership certificate from the Manufacturer/Principal till date for the quoted item;

ix) At least 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of computers and related goods.
