All tenderers who will fulfill the criteria stated in the tender document will be eligible for the tender.
Tenderer will be considered as non-responsive if the quoted rate of the tenderer is more than 10% less or above than the "Official Cost Estimate . On the otherhand If the quoted rate of all responsive tenderers are found equal, then winner responsive Tenderer will be selected as per PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 but not through Lottery. For equal quoted price of multiple tenderer the recent amendment of PPR 2008 will be followed, of which according to the cluase no. 22 & sub-cluase no.2Ka tenderer has to submit the required document (See Section 07 of Document) mentioned in that clause for evaluation and if found any hide or forgery of that required document tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
In case of Line of Credit Certificate as a Liquid Asset certificate, the Certificate must be in prescribed formate of PW3-7, attached in Particular Specifications section of this e Tender documents.
