Eligibility of Tenderer :	Only EED enlisted eligible (Up to Date) contractor (According to their Financial Limits) of Sirajganj District can participate in this e-Tender. Valid Trade License (Up to Date) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Up to Date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate. Tenderer shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 05.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. Satisfying other criterion laid in the Tender data sheet of Tender documents. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
