Eligibility of Tenderer :	01. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works shall be five (05) years. 02. A satisfactory completion of same nature of works under Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Organization amounting not less than Tk. Twelve lac (12,00,000/-) only as a Prime Contractor under Single contract/ Work Order over a period of last three (03) years shall be required. Work order and satisfactory completion certificate shall have to be enclosed.. 04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender. 05. The Tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 07. The Tenderers up to date contact information must be same in all submitted documents. 08. All other Terms & Conditions will be available in the Tender document. 09.The Tenderer must have an experience of work in an energized 33/11 kv sub-station. 10. The tenderer shall have to submit along with the tender document attested photocopies of up to date Trade License Certificate, IT & VAT Certificate, Liquid Asset/ Solvency Certificate & Required Average Annual Turnover (audit report/work order&work completion certificate shall have to be enclosed), ABC supervisory license as per Tender Document . 11. The tenderer shall have a Civil Engineer with membership of IEB . 12.The tenderer shall have a Diploma Civil Engineer with at least three years experience in civil construction work. 13 Joint venture will be allowed.
