| Eligibility of Consultant

a) Tenderers having five years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods with AMC of at least ONE active or running contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of five (5) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of similar nature of works, i.e. minimum one successfully completed within the last five years with a value of at least USD 770,000.00 (USD Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand only) or equivalent BDT at Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations in Bangladesh i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is USD 880,000.00 (USD Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand only) or equivalent BDT. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Quoted price shall include all expenses such as product price, import cost, all local taxes, insurance, transportation and other related expenses to deliver and install the product at sites as stated in TDS and PCC.
e) Considering all expenses, tenderer should submit price. Due to unavoidable reasons, tenserers are requested to submit VAT, AIT, Transportation ete in a separate pdf (instead of table) document and upload the same.
f) Evidence of Work Order, Support Continuing Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required.
