(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years (60 months).

(b) The minimum specific experience of Tenderer in supply of similar to the offered type goods (i.e. Any type of 0.4 KV or higher Voltage level Conductor or Cable) of minimum BDT 10.00 (Ten) crore under maximum 2 contracts successfully completed within the last 06 years (72 months).

N.B. Specific Experience Certificate must be issued from Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies. Certificate from Private Sector will not be accepted.

(c) The minimum production capacity of Goods offered type or higher capacity rating is 4000 km per year.

(d) If Any Bidder/Manufacturer have Past Contract Termination/ Cancellation history in NESCO, then the bid of Concern Bidder/Manufacturer will not be allowed & Treated as Non-Responsive.

(e) Tenderer must be manufacturer of the offered goods.
