Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
i) Name, Business address, Status of the Firm/ Tenderer
ii) Articles of Incorporation and Registration of firm with date
iii) Updated Trade License
iv) Up to date Contractors digital ABC Licences and digital ABC Supervisors Licence (only for Electric Contractor)
v) E-TIN Certificate
vi) Updated Income Tax Certificate
vii) VAT Registration Certificate
viii) Audit Report for the Last 5 (five) years.
ix) Submit experience certificate with respective work order & hand over/ taken over document along with application to prove 5 years general experience in construction work.
x) Specific Experience Certificate as per Tender Document.
xi) List of works in hand.
xii) List of Key technical personnel with CV for the Project.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents for Preliminary qualification:
a. List of 5 years general experience with work order and completion certificate
b. List of completed required number of similar works over specified period with work order and completion certificate
c. Financial year wise Amount of annual turnover of works for Required average turnover over specified period with attached document
d. Fill up the Tender submission sheet and Tender information sheet
e. Latest security clearance certificate
f. Has any record of poor performance e.g abandoning works in ordinate delay certificate
g. History of litigation certificate
h. Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer |
