The invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings:
01. The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience. Documentary evidence (i.e. oldest trade lisence/Oldest work completion certificate or equivalent) shall be submitted. 02. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of at least 01 (one) similar nature work of amount not less than Tk.250.00 lac in a single work during last 5 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concern Department/Organization. 03.The required minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 500.00 lac. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion/payment certificates which have been executed within last 05 (five) years where best 03 (three) years will be calculated. All work completion/payment certificates must be enclosed with the tender. 04.The required minimum liquid asset Tk. 160.00 lac in form of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank. 05. Minimum tender capacity Tk. 350.00 lac. 06. Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender. 07. Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate. 08. Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2008 and its amendment.
