Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Similar nature Works. 2. Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of Similar Nature Works amounting to TK. 60.00 [Sixty] Lacs during last 5(five) years in a Single Contract in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 3. The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 120.00 [One Hundred Twenty] Lacs during the last 5(Five) Years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be TK. 58.00 [Fifty Eight] Lacs. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-3 of tender and Contract forms. 5. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or belwo the Official cost estimate, the Tender are Rejected.
