"1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. A Satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 17.00 lakh under 01 (One ) contract ( HBB Road work) of last five years shall be required [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 18.00 lakh last five years [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper ] [ For Turn over : Turn Over shall be calculated on the basis of Payment certificate only issued by respective PE]. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 14.00 lakh only. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 18.00 5. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 6. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments 8. LS item of BOQ will be fixed, amount of LS item will be mention at the item specification."
