Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant : (1)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction of 33/11KV Sub-Station under a single contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk: 24.00 (Twenty four) Lakh. (3) The bidder shall have at least 01 (one) Trained Sub-Staton Construction Supervisor & 02 (Two) Trained Lineman with experience of climbing SPC/Wooden Pole (without Ladder) having total 03 years including 02 years in similar works. Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal. (4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk: 47.00 (Forty seven) Lakh over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. (5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk: 8.00 (Eight) Lakh.
