a. Minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience of Machinery supply with related services in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous/Private sector
b. The satisfactory supply of similar goods (Garden tiller/Tractor/Power tiller/Reaper) at least 1 (one) contract satisfactorily and substantially completed within last 5 (Five) years where the completed value of the tenderer’s participation at least BDT 35,000,000 (Three Crore and Fifty lakh) under a single contract. [Years shall be counted backwards from the IFT publication date in the e-GP website].
c. At least 90 nos. Garden Tiller per month (considering requirement of 1st schedule of supply duration). This should be evidenced with certification/document provided by the proposed manufacturer or distributor or source of supply.

Note 1 : If a tenderer participates as a joint venture, qualification criteria will be evaluated as specified in Appendix D which is attached in Section 6.

Note 2: In case the past experience was accomplished through Joint Venture (JV), Tenderer shall provide detailed information on each of the JV member’s performed activities as required in the form of the template “Details of Completed Goods Contract” provided in Appendix-E to establish value of executed contract as partner. If no such information is provided, the percent share of business mentioned in past JV agreement and contract agreement (submitted along with the Tender) will be taken into account to determine the specific experience of the Tenderer. Payment Certificate without clear indication of JV % Share would not be considered in capacity calculation.

Note 3: To quality for multiple contract awards to be implemented by the same supplier over an overlapping time-period, supplier shall meet the aggregated requirement of ITT 15.1 (C) and ITT 16 (a).

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line or Bank statement (with at least one day-end closing balance issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission) from any Schedule Bank, net of other contractual commitments is BDT25,000,000 (Two Crore and Fifty lakh) only.
