1. The Minimum number of General Experience by tenderer in construction works shall be 05 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk.80.00 Lac in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (The Tenderer must be Submited the successfully completed Work Completion Certificate with Work Order and NOA) within last 05 (five) Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper ).
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 165.00 Lac over the last 05 (five) Years (Only Payment Certificates are Acceptable) (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 41.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PW2(a) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
5. Income tax clearance certificate (2022-23or Up to Date) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (2023-24).
6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
7. If his/her previous work does not satisfactory the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
