The following conditions shall be considered: 1. Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. Otherwise their tender shall not be considered for Evaluation. 2. In case of JVC Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (agreement etc) in favour of percent share among all the Joint Venture partners. Otherwise their tender shall be rejected, 3. In case of Joint Venture (JV), full name of JV consortium must be mentioned; otherwise their tender shall be rejected. 4. Tenderer of Poor Performance shall not be eligible for this tender.
