The Tender Shall have the Flowing documents:

1. Up to Date (2023-2024) Trade License.
2. VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Up to Date Income Tax Certificate Showing TIN Number.
4. Bank Solvency Certificate Showing financially sound & solvent having minimum 1 (One) Crore taka working capital/liquid assets or Credit facility.
5. Documentary Evidence for 03 (Three) Years in Offset Printing.
6. Experience Certificate in Printing & Supplying of At Least 3,00,000 (Three Lac) Wall Calendar in a Single Work Order.
7. Other Criteria Mentioned In TDS.

(a) Size : 19.50″ x 14.50″
(b) No of pages : 7(Seven) including cover page.
(c) Paper : Cover page – 80 GSM white paper(Milk White).
(d) Calendar pages - 120 GSM Offset Paper(Milk White).
(e) Printing : 4 Color printing in both side of calendar pages.
(f) Supporting art card: Size–4.00″ x 14.50″, 300+300=600 GSM(Pesting Board).
(g) Binding : Foreign 5/16″ wire-o(Black Color), 12 gauge 14.00″ long hanger.
(g) Design: As per Bank approved sample.
(h) Quantity : 3,50,000(Three Lac Fifty Thousand).

(b) Paper : 80 GSM Milk White Offset Paper.
