Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supply of Goods as Prime Contractor shall be 03 years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor is at least one (01) contract (s) of similar nature of complexity, successfully completed within the last five (05) years, value of at least Tk 17.00 Lac in a single work order in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh in a single Work order, only a Completion Certificate will be acceptable. Ongoing or incomplete work will not be acceptable. 3) Minimum annual average turnover in the last 05(Five) years is Tk. 25.00 lac . For turnover, Only Payment certificates/e-Certificates will be counted. 4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 lakhs. Credit line facilities, a specific format by PW2b-3 form to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal. 5) Tenderer must submit i) Up to date Trade license ii) Valid VAT registration certificate iii) Valid Upto Date Tax Paying certificate iv) NID Card. 6) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. 7) Must submit brochure of products where applicable. 8)Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS).
